Outdoor Education is the best 5th Grade field trip! Pack your bags for five days of unforgettable adventure. 

Outdoor Education provides a fun yet content learning experience. Many never forget the night activities, I believe they are the best parts. The best one in my opinion is the night hike where you wander about 35 feet without any light! Even when you crash into something it is truly breathtaking.

Curfew is the best even though you have to go to bed, you can hang with your roomies and play games after bed. An especially fun part is having your cabin leaders tuck you in but everyone gets out their flashlights and tries to do “in bed flashlight tag.” 

When I was at Outdoor Ed I was really homesick but by the end I didn’t want to leave. Everyone there was kind and encouraging so you can go to Outdoor Ed and have so much fun and cry when you have to leave. 

The food is kind of good but also kind of bad at the same time. When I went in 5th grade two other schools, Piper and Garfield, went with us. I wasn’t in the cabin with Garfield but only with Piper. There was an archway separating two parts of the cabin.
